Policy Statement
Office Furniture UK is committed to conducting all business honestly, fairly and with integrity. We have a zero-tolerance approach to bribery, corruption and unethical business practices and are committed to complying with the Bribery Act 2010 and all other applicable legislation.
We expect the same high standards from our employees, contractors, suppliers and business partners and are committed to maintaining ethical standards in all commercial and public sector procurement activities.
Our Commitment

Gifts & Hospitality
Reasonable business hospitality and modest gifts may be accepted or offered where they are:
- Lawful and appropriate.
- Given openly and transparently.
- Infrequent and of modest value.
- Not intended to influence, or be perceived as influencing, a business decision.
Employees must not offer or accept gifts, hospitality or incentives that could compromise, or appear to compromise, their professional judgement or the integrity of the company's decision-making.
Ethical Trading

- Cooperate fully with any investigation into suspected breaches of this policy.
Responsibility
The Directors of New & Used Office Furniture Ltd are responsible for implementing this policy and ensuring it is communicated throughout the business.
Management will investigate any reported concerns promptly, confidentially and fairly, taking appropriate action where necessary.
Monitoring & Review
This policy will be reviewed annually or sooner if there are significant changes to legislation or company operations.
