Returns & Refund Policy

• Goods will only be accepted for credit with the express permission of the Seller. Please contact us for instructions on the return delivery point.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unassembled, and in a resaleable condition.
• Credit will not be issued for goods received damaged.

Return Costs & Responsibility

• Unless otherwise agreed, the Buyer is responsible for the cost of return carriage.
• Goods remain at the Buyer’s risk until received by the Seller.
• Proof of return delivery must be retained by the Buyer.

Charges & Refunds

• We reserve the right to charge for incomplete returns, orders placed in error, or items no longer wanted.
• Any agreed refund will be processed within 14 days.
• Used goods are sold as seen.
• When goods are returned, a credit note will be issued.
